Game Information Edit

Mega Man 5 is a 1992 action-platforming game developed and published by Capcom (and Nintendo) and is the fifth installment in the main Mega Man games. Taking place after Mega Man 4, Proto Man uncharacteristically leads a group of robots in attacks on the world and kidnaps Dr. Light, leaving Mega Man little choice but to fight against his sibling. A new character, Beat, is a robotic bird that the player can use as a weapon once eight collectible letters are found. Mega Man fights eight Robot Masters: Star Man, Gravity Man, Gyro Man, Stone Man, Crystal Man, Charge Man, Napalm Man, and Wave Man. While finally fighting Proto Man, another Proto Man arrives, revealing the first as Dark Man, one of Dr. Wily's evil robots. Mega Man defeats Dark Man and pursues and defeats Wily to another fortress, which begins to collapse. Wily flees, and Mega Man and Dr. Light escape with the help of the real Proto Man.
