|Game Theorists Video Guide|
It may have taken TWO YEARS, but I've finally put together an episode on everything Dating Sim games can teach you about getting a real-life date. And surprisingly, for as simple and pervy as games like HuniePop, Love Hina, and Pico Sim Date might be, they actually have a lot to teach us abot how to get a real live date. So sit back, relax, and enjoy How To Get A Date...according to dating sims.
- This episode was first suggested at the end of How Real Can Video Games Get?, in which, in the Super Amazing End Card Tournament, MatPat asked what his fans what the next episode of Game Theory should be about: the "spontaneous combustion of Minecraft creepers" or "the effectiveness of dating sim tactics in real life".
- MatPat was correct in assuming that the Minecraft option would win.
- With the exception of Five Nights at Freddy's, Undertale, Fallout, and "some math-y episodes like Zelda rupies", this has been MatPat's most requested episode of Game Theory of 2015.
